Cuglieri at golden hour, with the basilica above the rooftops

Est. April 2027 · Cuglieri, Sardinia

A home for a new way of being.

ZoMa House is a month-long residency for curious, empathetic, creative changemakers — set in two restored stone houses in a Sardinian village that still remembers how to slow down.

What we believe

Something inevitable happens.

ZoMa House is built on the belief that if you take people who are already doing extraordinary work or carrying extraordinary potential, remove financial barriers entirely, place them in a protected and beautiful environment, feed them well, surround them with peers they would never otherwise meet, and give them a full month of breathing room — something inevitable happens.

Not always the same thing. But always something.

We believe the right conditions, applied consistently to the right people in the right place, will over time produce new works of art, new scientific approaches, new business models, new alliances, and new movements that can change our world for the better — the kind that emerge when brilliant minds meet across boundaries in a safe space designed to make that meeting possible.

The four Ps

Place. Pace. People. Purpose.

Four elements, intentionally designed to work together — a place that invites you to be fully present, a pace that allows for genuine depth, like-minded people asking similar questions, and a purpose beyond personal gain.

The convergence

Four elements, one residency.

Each P deserves a slow walk. Step into one — the others will follow.

The place

Cuglieri — a town that looks at the sea and remembers.

Forty minutes from Oristano, an hour from a Roman amphitheatre, a few breaths from the Sinis coast. Olive trees, basalt, and a slower clock.

Moments

Light, stone, sea — and a slower clock.

Fragments from around the house: a sunlit alley, the basilica at first light, the limestone arch at S'Archittu, a sunset over the valley.
